All products purchased from the MARINA The Webstore online shop are covered by a two-year legal guarantee starting from the date of delivery. The legal guarantee applies where a product does not conform to the sales contract, including where it is defective or lacks the qualities or characteristics agreed upon or presented at the time of sale.

GALAWAY TRADING LTD, as the seller, is responsible to the customer, whether the products are manufactured by the company or by third parties. Subject to the conditions set out by law, the customer may request repair or replacement free of charge. Where provided by law, the customer may also be entitled to a price reduction or to withdraw from the sales contract.

Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:

• The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier. In this case we will contact you to select another product from the available ones.
• The product you ordered has been removed and is no longer available. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.
• In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
• If it is not possible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your registered details are not correctly updated

The company GALAWAY TRADING LTD has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) and for your security, please inform us in writing by sending an email to limassol@marinastores.gr.

Products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation and subject to availability, but in any case we will inform you about availability issues.

VAT has already been calculated in the prices listed next to each product.

Customers entitled to reduced VAT or exempt from it (e.g., fishermen) will be served only after consultation. Please send an email to limassol@marinastores.gr or call +357 25 38 49 99. Upon contacting us, you will be informed of the exact cost, payment method, and shipping method for your order.

ATTENTION: If you make a direct purchase from the MARINA The Webstore site without prior notification that you are entitled to a reduced VAT or exemption, you forfeit this right, and GALAWAY TRADING LTD bears no responsibility in this case.

The customer can return the products they have purchased from the online store simply because they have changed their mind, within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Before returning the products, the customer must contact the Customer Service Department, either by phone (+357 25 38 49 99) or by sending an email (limassol@marinastores.gr). Specifically, the customer has the aforementioned right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating reasons, subject to the following terms and conditions.

• Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery or receipt of the product.
• In order to accept the return of the product, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the purchase document.
• The return of the item is accepted only if the customer has previously paid any amount incurred by GALAWAY TRADING LTD for sending the product to them and the shipping costs for its return.
• After the return of the product, GALAWAY TRADING LTD is obliged to refund the price received to the customer. In the case of payment by credit card, GALAWAY TRADING LTD, upon receiving the payment from the bank, will inform the bank to cancel the transaction, and the bank will take any necessary action. GALAWAY TRADING LTD bears no responsibility for the time and method of executing the refund, as this is regulated by the contract between the issuing bank and the customer. If the customer had chosen the 'pick up from the store' option, the refund will be made to them at the MARINA The Webstore Limassol.
• The refund of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the time that GALAWAY TRADING LTD has received proven knowledge of the withdrawal.
• Delivery costs are not refundable

The right of withdrawal according to article 4 § 10 of Act No. 2251/1994 does not apply:

• In cases when the price of the products has been paid in a physical MARINA The Webstore and the products have been received from the physical MARINA The Webstore, as the purchase is not considered to have been made at a distance.
• When the returned products have been used and are not in excellent condition.
• When their packaging is not undamaged and complete.

The company GALAWAY TRADING LTD. reserves the right to deliver the goods in cases of force majeure. The MARINA The Webstore site cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products but guarantees timely information to end consumers about their unavailability.

The MARINA The Webstore website provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, etc.), products and services available through the site "as is".

Under no circumstances shall GALAWAY TRADING LTD be liable for any legal or civil and/or penal claims or for any damage (positive, specific or consequential which, indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively, consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc. ) from visitors to the website or third parties for reasons related to the operation or not and/or use of the website and/or the failure to provide services and/or information available from the website and/or from any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through the website.
